Cracks and holes in the street causing a block of flats to shake
Reported in the Road and Pavement Issues category anonymously at 15:54, Tue 30 October 2018
Sent to Bromley Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1449657.
This issue has been reported before and the response that we got after the investigation, was that the council is aware of the issue and that the road has been included in the Council's schedule for major highway maintenance works programme.
This has been first reported in May this year, but no maintenance work has been done until now, and the shaking of the flats is getting worse with every day, basically, every time a bus or a truck drives over that section of road the whole building would shake, and it's a busy road with buses driving through very frequently (Every 5 minutes on average), we are discovering new cracks in the walls of our flat every few weeks because of this.
This issue needs to be looked into and fixed urgently.
The exact location is outside the block of flats that used to be the Old Thicket Pub 73/75 Anerley Road, opposite the Frock Exchange shop.
Many thanks
