Car parked part blocking my driveway

There is a Black Ford Galaxy registration number EN52 UCE part blocking my property. There are yellow lines but there is a gap and then the yellow line continues. The Galaxy belongs to my neighbour who, instead of parking and blocking their own driveway decides o part block mine and so prevents my other car from parking in front of my own property. Please can u do something about this, even if it is to complete the yellow line and so forcing them to park else where or on THEIR driveway.....their driveway is dig enough for 2 cars annd mine only holds 1...so I need the space outside my own driveway for my other vehicles...instead what I am having to do is park around the corner and walk back home....
