There is no street lightining

When i walk to work through Grandport ( next to the river espeacilly) there are no lamppost or they are not working. This road is not nice to walk ealry in the morning especially as its very scary. I had to turn on the light on my phone this morning as i couldnt see anything.

Thank you for your report, please can you advise using the attached map the street lighting numbers you are referring to, if these are prefixed with PL these would be private lights and not owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council.
