Updates

  • This is not attached to a highways sign. The sign is attached to a sign owned by the vendors on thier land which is adjacent to an unadopted road that is nothing to do with Highways. The fact that it is an unadopted road has been checked with the planning department at Cheshire East.

  • I have noticed that the offending sign still there along with the broken sign that our council tax is funding. I shall speak to the relevant department today, should nothing be done I shall go higher to David Rutley, laws are there to be enforced and the council are obliged to enforce them.
