Sent to Dudley Borough Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 144299.
At the location indicated there has been for a number or years a failing of the road surface due to rising water from the sub strata. Patching work has also been on going for a number of years NOT solving the origin of the problem The cost of the patching must by now be high and will continue to be so until the underling fault is cured.
The fault is amplified in frosty conditions leading to the potential of serious accidents.Should an accident involving property or personell occur where the likelihood cause being the failing of authority to take action about these faults What would the legal position be
