Litter chopped up and strewn over roundabouts after weed cutting

Reported in the Street cleaning category anonymously at 11:05, Sun 21 October 2018

Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council 4 minutes later

The weeds and overgrowth on the Marcham road roundabouts has been roughly strimmed (weeds not removed just cut back) with little care - the overgrowth was not litter picked first so chopped up plastic is strewn all over the roundabouts. There are also old abandoned signs lying there.
