  • No 22 fly tip their kitchen waste directly on to the Footway every day of the year at about 6pm

You come and pick it up at 6 am the following day

The Footway is therefore flytipped for 50 % of the year

Please prosecute the residents of 22 who now believe it is their right and duty to fly tip their rubbish outside obstructing the pavement thousands of people use every day for 12 hours per day each and every day including Sundays and even worse at Christmas and other holiday times

  • Residents of number 18 fly tip their household waste every day at 6pm onto the Footway

Your operatives collect it without telling them they have committed a crime - flytipping

Tell them to leave their rubbish within the boundary of their property, like normal people do, and to stop dumping it by the public litter bin

Tell your operatives not to pick up rubbish dumped next to a litter bin.

Tell your operatives to put a leaflet or letter through the door, which should say "we are going to fine and prosecute you for flytipping, witnessed by your neighbour and on CCTV multiple times, unless you do what we told you and put your rubbish inside your gate, where it will be collected"
