Residents floodlight keeping us awake at night

We live in Colcotes Garth, Gipton and have been kept awake by the recently fitted very bright industrial floodlight that has been fitted to the rear of 21 Coldcotes Drive. It is so bright and pointed so high that it lights up our chimney ! The whole area in the back gardens is lit up now all night as it doesn't go off so at least 10 homes must have had sleep disturbed by this search light. Please can someone have a look and tell them it is not suitable or at least tilt it down as our bedrooms are now fully illuminated even with curtains closed.
