Car blocking whole path...again!!

This car parks outside their house every day and night like this. It is parked in Malvern Drive opposite the junction of Pentlands

It is that far on the path that you can’t walk past let alone get a push chair past or if you are partially sighted/or fully blind then no chance.

It forces you on the road which is opposite a busy junction.

It is also blocking a water location reference sign which I understand is illegal to block?

  • Council refuse to do anything as not their problem and tell you to phone police. Strange that the council own public footpaths and we the public has to pay for the repair but this does not come into the councils way of thinking, they are happy to fob you off each and everytime
