Cant use Footpath

Sent to Leicestershire County Council and North West Leicestershire District Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1438868.

Can not use footpath as car is parked fully on the pavement. When i use my wheelchair i have to go onto the road as there is no room left on the footpath.
