Blocked 'road water' drain outside 'The Smithy'. This had been blocked for at least two years and was supposed to have been booked in for special investigation, but nothing has happened.

I suspect the rain water pipe under the road is blocked. It has been like this for at least two years. Cleaning does NOT solve the problem. The former councillor (Cliff ?) told me it had been put on a list for special investigation. This has not happened to my knowledge. The drain is outside of "The Smithy".
