Oil on Road

There is oil on the road that is gradually being spread up the road as vehicles drive through it. This can be a hazard as oil on the car tyres could cause problems when braking. This has been reported already and the highways maintenance guys came out to it. This is an ongoing situation as the vehicle that is causing the oil on the road is still being parked there and still constantly leaking oil. The location of the oil is outside 3 Hollygate Close.
