Length of Roadworks, with potential accident

The temporary traffic lights for the roadworks on the A47 and Greendale road, have now been permanent for longer than the 5 weeks initially advertised. The congestion this is causing, is a risk to my families safety, due to motorists parking across our drive while waiting for the lights to change. If travelling from the Eastborough way, we have to turn right onto our drive. With parked motorists, we are either having to stop the traffic travelling through the junction until the parked cars can try and clear our entrance, or have to try and move into the center of the road which lorries and cars trying to squeeze past at a risk to us. I have had several cases of verbal abuse and numerous horns honking because others are not considerate in their driving (i.e. blocking drives). There is also the health impact on our sleeping and pollution from the revving engines 24 hours and the stress every time we try to leave our drive or pull onto our drive, which is definitely taking its toll. When will these lights be removed?
Details of all planned roadworks can be found on: https://roadworks.org/
Looking at the works for this area, the works are due to finish 03/01/19.
