Damage to footpath/kerb
Reported anonymously at 08:22, Sun 14 October 2018
Sent to Stratford-on-Avon District Council and Warwickshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1436788.
The resident of 33 St James Crescent has made a makeshift driveway by driving on/off his grass, not only smearing mud all over the footpath and road, which will be dangerous to pedestrians in the bad weather, but damaging the kerb with has now come away from the footpath (there isn’t a proper dropped kerb for a drive way).

Stones have now been placed on top of the mud. However, they’re spilling onto the pavement & down a near by drain, with previous mud, which is now causing the drain to block - the water was struggling to drain away during heavy rain on Sunday. The kerb is still coming away.

Issue remains, nothing has been done. Stones/mud from driveway without permission or dropped kerbs continue to fall onto the pavement, road & down drains. Cars being driven down the path onto a corner of junction, illegal & unsafe. I’m concerned for the safety of my children when walking to school but also damage being caused to infrastructures which will prove expensive to rectify if not sorted soon.
