Junction of Redland Road and Cotham Brow the extremely large ivy on the property walls overhangs the pavement all around the corner making it impossible for pedestrians unless they duck out of the way. The bush is popular with wasps so there is an added hazard. In addition there is 'french parking' by vehicles which narrows the pavement to the point where wheelchairs and buggies cannot get through. Please could you request the property owners to cut back the ivy to above head height and level with the boundary wall. I am sure it is a popular nest site for birds so don't want to impact on local wildlife too much as there are few enough places for them.
