Next door neighbour isn't putting their bins out-I'm not sure if they are even living there anymore.

Sent to Hull City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1433408.

For the past few weeks, the next door neighbour hasn't been putting out their bins. Also, I can hear their boiler running all night. Their house is Number 18 Shakespeare Close, Hull.

I don't think they are even living in the property anymore, hence the bins not being put out.
