Yet again, same car causing an obstruction and causing drivers turning into Barnes Road to reverse into traffic on Bank Street to allow oncoming traffic through. Definitely an accident waiting to happen. Car needs to be moved. Plenty of car parks very near by.

As I write this, the same car is parked on the corner, still causing problems for traffic entering the already narrow road. The issue seems to be mainly weekends when the car is left there for the entire day. Car parks nearby are generally empty so not sure why the car needs to be left here. Clearly a selfish motive.

Nothing has been done about this car causing an obstruction. Today one of the houses had an Asda delivery and no one could enter or exit the road until the driver unloaded. A similar incident happened with an ambulance who had to block the whole road to attend to a patient.

Absolute waste of time reporting this. Council have done nothing and car continues to cause an obstruction. Just a matter of time before an accident happens and then maybe the council will consider addressing the issue. Car has been there for most of today and other road users have had to wait in the main road to turn into Barnes Road.

Looking forward to seeing what issues this inconsiderate parking will cause with the imminent ice and snow. Refuge lorry really struggled to get past on Friday. Think it’s going to have to be an accident sadly to get anything done about this one. Let’s hope it’s just the parked car that takes the brunt.

Watched as a lady nearly came off her moped because of the lack of visibility when this car is parked on the bend. Near miss this time. Fingers crossed no one is injured.

Still no change. People now taken to beeping as they pass but the owners are oblivious (or just thick!)

I think this is a case of ‘entitlement ‘ rather than being considerate for other road users. These people feel they are entitled to park outside their house despite their causing a hazard to others. Fingers crossed someone will hit them at some point and they will park it in the car park.

Letters have now gone out via parish council but have had no effect. Not sure these people would see there is an issue.
