Road breaking up over long sections of Cow Drove, many dangerous potholes and large lumps of tarmac.
Reported in the Pothole on road/cycleway category anonymously at 19:10, Wed 3 October 2018 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 338815.
Cow Drove from "the Beeches " to "Bridge Farmhouse" has always had some degree of decay but it is currently in an unsafe and dangerouse state due to the number of potholes, amount of broken tarmac and the subsidence along large sections of the road. Subsidence is especially bad near the "Fenmore farm" entrance The combination of potholes and subsidence have combined to make damage to vehicles inevitable. A bike or motorbike could have a serious accident due to the state of the road. This has been an issue that has been getting worse over the last 12months.

I tried to upload more photos but it will only take 3. Cow Drove has, as Mr Wood has said, been deteriorating rapidly over the last 12 months. Some of the potholes are six inches deep and present a risk of damage to cars but, more importantly, a risk of serious injury to motor cyclists, cyclists and pedestrians. After heavy rain, the potholes fill up and just look like puddles. Anyone not being a regular user of the road would not realise that those puddles are actually 6 inch deep potholes.

As Dave Wood has said nothing has been done at all and I have also been informed that work has been completed. No it hasn't, in fact it hasn't even started and the road continues to deteriorate. My daughter has just visited and was scared to drive up Cow Drove in the dark because of the dangerous condition.
