Highway flooding

Reported via Android in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 14:58, Sun 30 September 2018

Sent to Hampshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1425890.

During recent rain the surface water on this section of the A339 is running down from the Roman road roundabout against the highways rg24 kerb/verge. There are many drain openings that are blocked up along with blocked grip entrances so that all the water is running down to the marked area. When I came off ringway west at the roundabout onto the a339 the water at the point marked on this report was from the central reservation to past the middle white line. Anyone coming off the roundabout in the outer lane unable to take evasive action will seaplane and become or cause an accident. All the gullypots and grips need maintence asap.
