Van parking in bend and double yellows

Sent to Fareham Borough Council and Hampshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1425542.

Van parked everyday on blind bend and bouble yellows, also blocking footpath used by school children and access road for garages. Have had several near misses!
