Broken man hole cover

Sent to Leeds City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1425365.

The road resurfacing truck broke the manhole cover it has been broken for about a month now it is very dangerous and could completely collapse in.

The concrete around the edge is all loose and if anyone stands on it the whole thing moves.
