Broken paving slabs, quite a few.

A large Melbros lorry has parked on corner of Kingsway and Belmont Road, the new slabs which were replaced about 2 years ago have been badly cracked and are a serious hazard, especially for older or disabled people this has occurred at least twice in past few weeks.
