Hedge is overgrown blocking footpath

Hedge is overgrown and blocking half the width of the footpath. Footpath runs between Wadebridge and Launceston Drive. Has not been cut all year and it is now late September! Another example of the useless service provided by Glendale Grounds Mismanagement.
