Terrible visibility turning into Southview & lots of speeding up Southview

People fly up Southview road with no regard for consequences. Turning into the road is risky and scary. Cars parked, perfectly legitimately, usually being tall mean you can't see far enough down the road to account for cars going over 35mph. Some sort of mirror at junction may do it.
