This ancient Commer truck (last built in 1979) reg DMO 444C has been parked illegally for between two and three years. It obscures driver and pedestrian vision and someone will be killed - its an accident waiting to happen. A few months ago Thames Valley told me that it is legally taxed and insured. This is nonsense - it is impossible that it has a valid MOT certificate for the reasons other complaints have registered - no lights, trafficators, patchwork body and one of the dirtiest diesel engines ever built. A crime is taking place openly.

This issue is driving the neighbours to distraction and has made properties unsaleable. It has been reported numerous times to the council, the police, the housing association and the MP. NOTHING has been done. It is a disgrace and a demonstration of failure and incompetence to all of those. Appalling. And a SHAME on Didcot.
