Mobile home on mym street

For about 6wks a young lad parked his mobile home and lives in it on my street I have now asked everyone on Rayleigh Way if they know him no one does and all traffic that parks on my street stops me parking outside my home I had to sit in my car for 2hrs as could not walk up and down the hill as disabled and can't carry my 5yr old grandson that far as can't walk and no one should live in mobile home on a street no one knows him and cause trouble parking he should be moved he gets picked up by car for football he won't answer the door
