Rubbish and overgrown weeds blocking pavement

Bags of household rubbish dumped plus weeds and nettles severely overgrown onto pavement. At eye level for pedestrians walking by.Area is a total disgrace and the owner of the closed pub needs to pull his finger out and get this area cleaned up.

The over growth is still the same which is dangerous for elderly or young people walking by as well as looking an eye sore.

Why has nothing been done to make the owner sort this overgrowth out which is dangerous for anyone walking by as it over hangs the pavement.

The overgrowth is at eye level so someone is going to have an accident walking into it and then maybe you will get on to the owner of the pub!
