Hollow in road

This is between the roundabout and the cattle grid.. at side of road (where tyres go) part of the newly laid road has collapsed, leaving approx 10cm hole in the surface plus a larger hollow beneath the road... an unfortunate driver is going to break this and collapse the road (& their tyre)... or unfortunate animals fall in it & get trapped
