It is a constant hazard [edited for privacy - details sent to council] The dog mess is bad enough, let alone people constantly dumping their rubbish [edited for privacy - details sent to council] Please can somebody please help me as to what can be done to stop this disgusting issue. • hi i used to live at 28 austen road. few years back i always use to see dogs fowlings out the gate which leeds to number 30 austen road. dog owners should be responsible for it.

  • Thank you for your initial help on my problem. It was cleared up the next morning and I was very happy at the time. The problem of constant litter and dog mess is still occurring on a regular basis though, and I would like the council to put up a "no fowling" sign [edited for privacy - details sent to council] to deter people from still allowing their dogs to do this.
