Parking across drop curb in cul-de-sac turning They

We have an ongoing problem that has become unbearable is causing us significant inconvenience and stress regarding people blocking our driveway or making it extremely difficult to manoeuvre on and off our driveway The photograph attached shows a Ford Mondeo which of the car is across our drop curb preventing my wife reversing off the driveway this is happening not just once or twice a day it’s continuous we have put up with this problem for approximately 13 years since we split here but recently has become unbearable to the point I dread going home Another problem on driveway has been significantly damaged because of having to reverse onto our driveway because turning bay is obstructed virtually permanently I am more than happy to meet a representative from council to find a permanent solution to this problem before I escalate matters with my local councillor
