Raised manhole, resulting in trip and fall requiring A&E attendance

There are two manhole covers opposite Keble College just N of the turning into the Physics Dept. They are located in the gravel area next to the cycle and pedestrian path. They are both prominent and after dark the area is not well lit. I tripped, fell and managed to receive an injury requiring A&E attendance. I'm not sure how long it has been like this. It would be great if lighting could be improved or the ground levelled here.
