Completion of resurfacing

Sent to Leicestershire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1413132.

About 3 months ago, you resurfaced Sandringham Way with a tar surface and chippings. Then following complaints from householders, you laid down sand where the tar was not fully covered. The result is that the road looks a mess with a combination of tar, sand, and excess chippings. We were told that you would return to complete the work and are still waiting. When will you return?
