Safety Hazard

Reported in the Parks/landscapes category anonymously at 15:05, Wed 12 September 2018

Sent to Cherwell District Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1411137.

This is a safety hazard continually ignored by CDC There are many trees and bushes etc which are overhanging the public pavement in this location. This is a safety hazard as some of the branches are sharp and thorny and are a complete obstruction. Should there be any incidents or injuries a result of this hazard CDC will be held partly responsible.

Updates

  • Not a CDC responsibility as land is not in this authorities ownership or grounds maintenance contract, encroachment is over a publicly maintainable footpath therefore would be a OCC highways issue.
