Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1409862.

Possible abandoned car opposite junction of Chauncy Close on Heath Drive. Not moved for over 1 month, causes obstruction for cars using junction and congestion for general traffic flow on Heath Drive, particularly during school pick up / drop off.
