Repeated deliberate obstruction of highway.

Bridge Street, Downham Market. Parking bays outside Martin’s Newsagent, opposite the Town Square. These parking bays are repeatedly being illegally coned off at various times of the day, and regularly on Monday mornings at around 0900. The cones are placed on the public highway by Martin’s. When not obstructing the highway these rough, and obviously ‘unofficial’ cones can be seen stored in the public area of the shop. Please can you ensure this repeated obstruction of the highway by a private company is stopped. Thank you.
