Speed Sign not working on lamppost outside 27 Crick Road

30 mile an hour Speed Sign no longer lights up or displays anything when vehicles pass. The speed sign has not been working for a significant amount of time and speeding is a problem on the Crick Road. The speed sign is located on a lamp post outside 27 Crick Road.
