Sent to Leicestershire County Council and Oadby and Wigston Borough Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1407638.

Can't access the garages and back of the property's as your car is scratched with all the overgrown hedges and trees. Just enough room to walk through. Been like it for over a year now and been reported loads of times. Also lots of fly tipping and weed smokers around there too. Could do with being looked at.
