Overgrown undergrowth

The over grown undergrowth between railway bridge and industrial estate is being used to fly-tip but the undergrowth is also being used for drug taking/dealing and anti-social drinking . There are empty canisters of "hippie crack" all over and other signs of drug misuse . The overgrown undergrowth was reported to Network Rail and they came out and said it was council property and not their responsibility
