Sent to Dudley Borough Council 2 minutes later
The whole footpath from top to bottom on both sides is poor condition needs a slurry coat or resurfacing, but needs inspecting as it’s a school route and disabled users from ridge hill site use the pavements daily.
We are expecting a water connection, the council have stipulated to Severn Trent they want the footpath tarmac to extend a metre square even though they not excavating that big. It’s a ploy to get as much tarmac replaced as possible by utility companies. The whole footpath is pitted and needs resurfacing .
