Drain cover missing,on the bend of chapman st, the drain is on the side of the road,I have been trying to report this problem since Wednesday 29th aug,but no one answers the phone, I would like someone to call me please, because this caused me to come off my bike,

Could you please confirm if the drain is a manhole or gully/grate at the side of the road? also is this on the corner/roundabout before Mount Pleasant?
