Why have the weeds not been treated in Nightingale Way (Especially outside number 24)

Sent to Breckland District Council and Norfolk County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1403449.

I reported weeds in Nightingale Way in June (and before)and I was assured they were going to be treated in July. They are still there! Can you give me an update please.

Updates

Have lost faith in Norfolk County Council. Have been notifying them since May 2018 about lack of treatment of weeds.
