Fly tipping on leafy land between 185a and 177 London Road, St Leonards On Sea

Between 185a London Road and 177 London Road, there is a large green space area filled with trees. To access this area you have to walk down the side stairs. If you look over the railings as you go down the stairs you can see the fly tipping which includes fridges, black rubbish bags, glass, bottles of asbestos, mattresses. You have to climb over the railings in order to access the flying tipping but it seems that Hastings Council has a big problem locating the space.
Now I have reported this several times since I moved here in April 2018. At least 7-8 times. I have reported this every month using the online services. However, once I do log the problem I always seems to get an email almost immediately back saying that the rubbish has been cleared. IT HAS NOT. I CAN STILL SEE IT FROM MY WINDOW. There is something seriously wrong with Hastings Council online facility reporting. I really would like to speak to someone about it. I actually called the complaints office today twice but was kept on hold for 20 minutes at a time. I'm finding the whole of the service extremely frustrating. I can't get through to anyone. I can't talk to anyone. And this fly tipping problem is escalating. It's become a massive dumping ground and no one seems to be prepared to do anything about it. I am going to find out who my local MP is in East Sussex to officially complain as I believe this shouldn't be going on and continue too.
