Sent to Hull City Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1402695.

Previous requests gave been turned down to clean this ' council adopted' tenfoot. Since when has it been 'private'? The Council wouldn't 'gate it' because it would have to become 'private' and that was turned down by residents. No one has been informed of any changes so thee seems to be a discrepency here. It still needs cleaning!
