Blocked drain on Frost Lane west of Rosebery Avenue junction causing flooding.

This long-standing problem has been reported twice since 2016. Most recently in January 2018 Hants Highways reported 'Our contractor has made safe or repaired the reported problem'. However, Frost Lane still floods at this point because the drain is blocked.

Please zoom in on the photo of the drain, taken on 1 Sep 18, to see to the true state of this drain - and please have it thoroughly cleared so that it functions properly before the autumn.
