Car blocking the pavement on a daily basis,wheel chair and push chair users have to go on the road to pass (this is also outside the doctors) where elderly and young children are visiting!!

This car along with many others are blocking the pavement,this is against the road traffic law. This car is parked outside the doctors surgery in Wolston,it is always parked like this in the day time. i think it is one of the workers in the Revel dispensary they should know better. as stated people in wheel chairs and mothers with push chairs have to go on the busy road to pass.

    Unfortunately neither the council or the police are willing to do anything about this. again the other day we saw a mother with a baby having to go on the road to pass as the car was again blocking the pavement. This type of behaviour seems be be acceptable nowadays but IT IS NOT. Why is it that no authority will take action on these issues. It is against the highways act and this means it should have consequences.
