A Resident of Seafield Rd, Has shown little regard for fellow residents in the area and that of passerby's, by dumping a Mountain of rubbish on Council Ground alongside the neighbouring wall, it has been in place for over 2 months now, and does not look like being removed anytime soon, the local kids are regularly pulling the waste everywhere. now concerns of rodents soon.

SOUTHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL ARE TOTALLY USELESS. If any resident were a councillor in that road, the mess would have been cleared up, even before it had been reported. Absolute Joke.

FINALLY, Now after over 19 months the Waste has been removed, Hopefully at cost to the resident, and not the Tax Payer.
