LED light on entrance to Coriander Road stuck on during daylight hours

The street light on the junction to Coriander Road is stuck on during daytime hours. It is the smaller light on Coriander Road and is an LED type light. It has been stuck on for a considerable time now which is wasting energy and shortening the life span of the bulb. Please can this be looked at and repaired/replaced. Thanks.
