Caravan parked for long periods with no number plate or lights wheels on pavement street is unlit at night causing an obstruction

Sent to Adur District Council and West Sussex County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1398175.

Owner leaves caravan here for about 2-3 weeks always at night. Then moves it two streets away in the crescent for 2-3 weeks. No number plate on van may not be roadworthy is in poor state of repair owner does not live near this location. We do not have street lighting at night in springate road and van has two wheels on pavement it is an obstruction and unsightly. This has been going on for over 3 months
