Dead tree overhanging garden - risk of branches causing damage

Reported in the Public Tree related issue category anonymously at 12:08, Tue 28 August 2018 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council 2 minutes later

The tree (oak I think) at the back of our garden - which sits on the land by the stream at Tugmutton Park - has died and the branches are starting to break and fall risking damage or injury. This has been flagged by a professional gardener who carried Work out in our garden last week. The tree has not flowered all year which supports this. Please could it be assessed to see if it needs to be lopped or cut down. Thanks.
