Sent to North East Lincolnshire Council 4 minutes later

Tones of rubbish (concrete, mattresses, rubbish, cardboard, bins, trolleys etc) piled up in the rear alleyway of 36/38 Hildyard Street. Rubbish is so high that there are plants overgrown on it. Concerns as this is a fire hazard and cannot be used as an escape route by surrounding properties. Also there have been a number of rats seen in the alleyway where the rubbish is located and this is an environmental hazard. Been reported to the council on a number of occasions however has not yet been cleaned. Can this please be sorted ASAP.
